About us
international Coaching Academy, is the first international coaching academy in Tunisia, was created by its founder Mrs. Amira ROUISSI, in 2018. First, the Academy was a simple tunisian training center named « The Loft For Training » which presented diverse programms in different fields of training including human developement courses.
Our Mission
The mission of ICA is to instruct full developped coachs, by implementing a system of training based on global courses and specillized courses. Begining by developping the coach himself arriving to teach him all the tools, techniques and programms to work, and offering him a professional practical training in the academy during one year after achieving the course.
Our purpose
Our purpose is to organize coaching courses with tailored programs to enhance coaches’ effectiveness and establish clear professional rules. We aim to build a global community of specialized coaches for expertise exchange and partnerships. Additionally, we focus on helping individuals overcome personal, psychological, and professional challenges through innovative coaching and training methods.
